Applying for Financial Assistance

1. Register for enrollment in Sacred Heart Catholic through the FACTS portal on our website.

2. Complete the financial assistance application and submit it with a copy of your 2017 federal tax return. (Click here to access the financial assistance application.)

3. Make an appointment with Mr. Barlag in the school office to apply for the Choice Scholarship.

4. You will receive your financial assistance award notification from the school, via email, within ten school days.
